Run your treads down Padang Merbok, one of the most popular running courses for runners in Malaysia.
The terrain will vary between grasses, dirt/rock track and rocky roads. This hilly course goes through the old KL rainforests and the old colonial-influenced architecture of the city. Not forgetting the two obstacle zones on the run to conquer with your partner!
UNITY

This time- you're not running alone. Pairs will be bound together with an elastic band throughout the run. Through teamwork, you'll be able to overcome obstacle courses laid out during the run.
The objective is to raise awareness of the importance of unity in our country, as it frees us from the divisiveness of prejudice. In this multiracial country, it is vital that we see our commonality without devaluing our differences. So, let's unite to inspire change and make our country a better place for the future.
CHARITY

The Spectrum Dash also focuses on giving back. With this in mind, all proceeds will go towards the feeding and educating programmes set up by the beneficiary-
Many children in Malaysia are suffering from poverty, without any food or even a chance for education. The Living Hope believes that education is the one and only way out of the vicious cycle of poverty. They strive to bring awareness and resources to these children.
